Vic Firth artist Josh Day has performed with artists such as Maroon 5, Meiko, Viktor Krauss, Pete Anderson, Kirt Joseph and New Soul Underground to name a few. Currently, he is playing with Sara Bareilles.

In the Summer of 2009, Sara Bareilles began working on her lastest release, Kaleidoscope Heart -- the follow-up to her major label debut, Little Voice. Josh will be touring in support of the the album, which is due out in September of 2010.

Josh cites Levon Helm, Richie Hayward, Steve Gadd, Jim Keltner and Jay Bellerose amongst his greatest influences. And his advice to all the drummers out there? "Listen. Listening is a major key to becoming a well rounded musician. Be a musical drummer!"
