American Classic® Soft Touch Drumsticks

For over 30 years, the American Classic® 5A and 5B have been the popular choice of countless drummers worldwide. Wood tips were the originals, followed by nylon for a more durable and brighter sounding option. Now, as part of company’s commitment to offer drummers an ever expanding sound palette, the 5A and 5B are available with another unique tip option!

While felt balls have been mounted on sticks before, this first of its kind stick features a dense felt head designed in the size and shape of a standard drum stick tip. The result is an extremely well balanced feel, and a sound that is warmer than a conventional wood tip. Whether used on drum set, multi-percussion or in percussion ensemble settings, new musical possibilities become available when exploring the sound colors these new Soft Touch sticks produce!
