After reaching the proper moisture level, pallets of wooden squares are brought into our manufacturing facility. Each wooden square is then processed individually into a round dowel.

A forklift brings a skid of wooden squares into our production facilities. Click to see the picture in full size!

These dowels are the "blanks" that we use to make all of our sticks - from the smallest to the largest.
The wood squares are placed one at a time on our doweling machines
