After the sticks have been weight and tone sorted, an operator chooses two sticks from each bin that match in color and places them in our pairing sleeves. A barcode label is then applied to each pair.

The paired sticks are then "bricked" into groups of 12, bound, shrink-wrapped and shipped to our distributors.

Our manufacturing process ensures that you get a perfect pair of sticks - everytime! It's not necessary to roll them on a counter to see if they're straight. No need to go through a "bin" of sticks before you find two that weigh and sound the same!
