The Education Department at Vic Firth is proud to announce the official launch of our Educator’s Resource Center! The Center is a place where you can find all of our Educational Articles, Video Lessons, Play-Along Tracks and more, all conveniently located in an easy-to-navigate space.

Here are just a few of the ways that the Educator’s Resource Center can be useful for both you and your students:

• The Educator’s Resource Center can be used to research materials for your own teachings, for example, through our Educational Articles Division.
• The Play-Along Tracks, where any student, from beginning to advanced, can engage in a situation where they are being guided in the right direction by playing along!
• Our Video Lesson Series with renowned educators in the Drumset Field, as well as Concert, Orchestral, World, and Marching Percussion areas! 
• Our Keyboard Reading Lessons, where students can enhance their knowledge of music theory concepts and mallet percussion reading skills!

We at Vic Firth feel that the Educator’s Resource Center is the perfect tool to help expand not only a musician’s skill set and proficiency level, but also their perspective, and sphere of influence within the greater percussion community.
