Mauricio “Topo” Espindola was born November 29, 1975 in the city of La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He began playing drums at age 11 and at 15 began studying with local teachers. Later he studied under Marcelo Mira (The Guarros / Memphis Blusera) and Jorge Araujo (Divididos / Gran Martell) among others.

As a Musician:
He starts playing in local bands in 1990, he joined Canterville, La Rockera, La Saga and Prisoneros, among others.
