At 85 bpm, practice the Single Stroke 4 and Single
Stroke 7 RUDIMENTS everyday for at
least 30 seconds
At 130 bpm, practice the double stroke RUDIMENTS and "Grid
Diddle " exercise

At 148 bpm, practice the multiple bounce roll, "Bucks
in Three", "Alternating Accent" exercise and
Single, Double and Triple Paradiddle everyday for at

least 30

Practice the "Extended Doubles" exercise (no sticks,
hands on leg) for 1 minute – as fast and as loud
as possible!
