Practice the "8 on a hand" exercise everyday for at least 2 minutes
at the following tempos:
Day 1: at 120 bpm • Day
2: at 140 bpm • Day
3: at 160 bpm • Day 4: at 180 bpm
Practice the "Single Stroke Roll" and "Double
Stroke Roll" everyday at 90 bpm (double time) for at
least 2
minutes

Practice each "Stick Control" exercise SEPARATELY
using perfect rebound strokes for at least 1 minute
at the following tempos:
Day 1: at 120 bpm • Day
2: at 140 bpm • Day
3: at 160 bpm • Day 4: at 180 bpm
Play through ALL TEN stick control exercises without stopping each
day at the tempos listed above.
