At 94 bpm, practice the single stroke RUDIMENTS everyday for at

Stroke 7)
At 98 bpm, practice the double stroke RUDIMENTS, and "Isolated
Double Stroke" exercise everyday for at least 30
seconds
(Rudiment combination exercise: 5/9/13/double stroke

At 130 bpm, practice the multiple bounce and flam RUDIMENTS, "Bucks
in Three" exercise and Single Paradiddle everyday for at
least 30 seconds
(Rudiments: Multiple Bounce Roll, "buzz 5/9/13",
Alternating Flam, Flam Tap, Flam Paradiddle/Step One)
Practice the "Extended Doubles" exercise (no sticks,
hands on leg) for 1 minute – as fast and as loud
as possible!
Perfectly play the Duet (page 24) with
the accompaniment CD track
Perfectly play Key Exercises, Appendix Lines (page 61),
Playing Exercises (page 25) and the "Two Drum
Etude" (line
#8) while tapping the foot and counting
