quarter note rolls in quarter and 8 time signatures, the
double and triple paradiddle.

At 90 bpm and 130 bpm, practice the "8 on a hand" exercise
everyday (at least 30 seconds at each tempo)
At 100 bpm, practice the Single Stroke Roll and "16th
Note Timing" exercise
everyday for at
least 30 seconds
At 75 bpm, practice the Single Stroke 4 and Single
Stroke 7 RUDIMENTS everyday for at
least 30 seconds
At 110 bpm, practice the double stroke RUDIMENTS and "Isolated
Double Stroke" exercise everyday for at least 30
seconds
(Rudiment combination exercise: 5/9/13/double stroke
roll)
At 142 bpm, practice the multiple bounce roll, "Bucks
in Three", "Alternating Accent" exercise and
Single, Double and Triple Paradiddle everyday for at
least 30 seconds
At 100 bpm, practice the flam rudiments everyday for at
least 30
seconds
(Rudiments: Alternating Flam, Flam Tap, Flam Paradiddle)
Practice the "Extended Doubles" exercise (no sticks,
hands on leg) for 1 minute – as fast and as loud
as possible!
Perfectly play the quarter note Playing Exercises 1-8 and
Rudimental Etude #10.
