At 120 bpm, play the "8 on a hand" exercise, demonstrating perfect rebound strokes

At 160 bpm, play the single and double stroke RUDIMENTS, and "Isolated Double Stroke" exercise, demonstrating proper techniques
    (Rudiments: Single Stroke Roll, Single Stroke 4, Double Stroke Roll, 5 Stroke Roll and 9 Stroke Roll)

At 180 bpm, practice the multiple bounce RUDIMENTS, "Mr. Freeze" exercise and Single Paradiddle, demonstrating proper techniques
    (Rudiments: Multiple Bounce Roll, "buzz 5" and "buzz 9")

Correctly fill in all Matching, Fill in the Blanks, Draw in the Bar Lines and Drawing exercises (check your work here)

Perfectly play the Rhythmic Etude along with this accompaniment CD track
