In
order to view these video clips, the Quicktime 5 plugin must be
installed on your computer (earlier versions of Quicktime will not
work with the new Sorenson 3 video compressor). If you see the video,
but do not hear sound (or vice-versa), you need to update your plugin.

If
you are experiencing problems viewing the video (the video starts
and stops), the problem is with the speed of your computer processor.
The high data-rates of the HQ versions of the videos require a relatively
fast computer to keep up with the exchange of information. If this
is happening to you, try viewing the "medium quality"
version of each clip.
To
download the video clips to your hard drive, right-click the link
on each video page (mac users: control-click the link) and choose
"save target as..." or "download link to disk"
from the pop-up menu that appears.
